Hey guys,
I have quite a few cross fitters on my Facebook so my feed is a constant stream of posts about how good Paleo is and how tasty all that fat is to eat.
I'm just wondering from a bodybuilding, or wider, perspective what the opinions on this diet...

My first reactions only unprocessed food then I'm sure it would be healthier than the average diet.

I do cardio mostly for heart others, I'm sure.
Most of it is just diet.
I eat, and I tell you, understand that my diet is made for me, and made for me after 12 years my life I don't need cardio at all to lose fat.
