I want to get a basic diet that has no health risks due to a lack of nutrients and vitamins. It should not be deficient in components necessary for a healthy life and it should be possible to live on this diet on a day-to-day basis without health risks...

One of my girlies may need to go on a Gluten Free,/Caesin (effectively Dairy) Free,/Soya Free diet. That means in particular looking for dairy free alternatives to milk, cheeses, etc.
Finding gluten Free products is not a problem: it is the Caesin free...
