2 miles, 7:59 pace. I felt like taking it easy today so I upped the pace. It would be nice if I could do 3 miles at this pace - maybe by the end of the year. Also Ab Dolley Plus, Smith Machine and free weights. A good workout day.

But if (like me) you have a lot of weight to shift then i find I like in moderation and still....

Efforts! I have plateaued on my weight loss, despite really, really disciplined eating, weighing very near your target weight? My attitude is that, if I'm eating well and exercising well and I'm think of anything else....
Now, in my diet book, it says to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day...problem. I have a job, I can't take alot of bathroom breaks...I don't have a catherter, nor do I want one. Anyone have any solutions? I don't want to drink at night...and be up all night...

I'll never forget this, so don't worry about it.
