I'm one of those people with ZERO self control, and I'd have to agree that I'd probably be a LOT better off if I ONLY ate when I was actually hungry .
I think my favorite bit on this article is the part about eating small snacks throughout the day .

The symptoms deplete by changing my diet and doing the correct exercises for my body and issues of the whole thing...I love anthropology so I am really intrigued.
