Hi
Is there anybody doing the Herbalife diet. I am currently doing 2 shakes per day and eating one meal only. I am not sure if it is best to have a healthy snack in between or just stick to the one meal a day.

My weight this morning was 111Kg.
It has often been in the 200s (over, 113Kg at the start of this diet.
Was 173 (9.6mmol) before I started this diet yesterday morning.

Herbalife
Does anyone know anything about this? Someone i was in school with is a represenative and wants to meet up with me to discuss it, are we alowed as diabetics to do Herbalife?

Appart from the diet drinks part it also involves herbal remedy tablets etc.

My company just gave us a big discount on Weight Watchers so I figured I would sign up. I finally got the motivation to start losing weight after Thanksgiving. I was about 40-50lbs overweight. My wife had been doing the Herbalife diet for months...

Herbalife is a diet.
Herbalife is a diet and when, you will haev a difficult time using your points.
IMHO here's the fly in the ointment.
Protein powders are great.

A lot of my coworkers are using Herbalife for weight loss. I heard it's like $250 a month lol. Wtf seems a little much and isn't there a cheaper/better way to do that? Also has anyone experienced or heard of their weight gain method too?

I am wondering about their Lose Baby Weight programme and wonder if anyone has tried it.
I was planning to go back to WW in February (online) but Dh reckons this plan might be a good fast start to get the weight off.

Fast start off = fast back on, + more.
Only person I ever knew who did herbalife was my uncle, who was the fattest person I know.

Personally, I prefer Herbalife compared to CD. It works so much better, taste better.

I lose while I am on the diet but the problem is I don't stay on the diets about it....
Beach Diet, Mediterranean Diet even cabbage, Tomato Soup diet and the diet that comes with Alli and none have worked for me.
