A lot of my coworkers are using Herbalife for weight loss. I heard it's like $250 a month lol. Wtf seems a little much and isn't there a cheaper/better way to do that? Also has anyone experienced or heard of their weight gain method too?

There is nothing that Herbalife or any other diet program can do that you can't do-u-loss.
Nothing wrong with it but I've found that all "diet quality.
I actually sold Herbalife back in the 1980s.

Personally, I prefer Herbalife compared to CD. It works so much better, taste better.
