Original Weight Watchers Diet Plan (vegetables, weight loss, program, break) Does anyone have a copy of the Original Weight Watchers Diet Plan of when they first started. I was on it back then and remember the diet required 3-5 fish meals a week. Would appreciate any and all help. Thanks so much. Does Weight Watchers work for diabetics? (lose weight, diet, versus, how to) How successful is Weight Watchers for diabetics?
