Hi Ladies,
I am interested in knowing if any one has used the Menopause Diet or knows someone who
diet. I sure do believe that things change for a lot of woman after menopause....or after HRT
look around.I believe there is a book titled "The Menopause Diet" but don't know who the author

Wow, this is a tough time...I have to deal with hot flashes AND dieting! Double whammy
of myself for dieting and self-combusting at the same time. This is tough!
is that not to call it a diet because as soon as you do restrictions come and so do anxieties. Diets are temporary...

If it was advertising on the radio and claiming to be "the menopause solution" then I doubt
for relief, from their hard earned money. Just typing in "the menopause solution" turned up
of resorting to just about anything - Menopause is not for the faint of heartThat's for sure
