I ate extremely low carb.
During my first pregnancy, I gained 29 and I was meticulous with my choices.

The test at the doctors office can only pick up HCG about a week earlier than an at home one. It is possible you were briefly pregnant and it did not continue. Go with your instinct. I was told I was not pregnant and I am.
