Last week I started jogging after about 2 years of zero exercise to get fit again. Weigh currently 17 stone 6 pounds and 6ft 2.
But anyway whilst running towards the end of my run I keep getting shin splints. Whats the best way to deal with these?

BF running will not be an automatic shin split fix.
Runners who train a lot but go on a caloric restrictionTricky situation .
It could also be a diet issue.
