I'm on the Noordam end of March and wonder if anyone here has experience
with HAL and special diets, such as dairy-free or gluten-free. How is it handled? Is it better to eat in main dining room for breakfast and lunch?

The weight comes of quicker-time member) after each pregnancy and it does work .
I do best with no carb/low carb.

Dinner: Protein (Fish or Chicken) salad or steamed veges and maybe potatoes .
The hardest diet component is when you eat out and lose control over what the ingredients the perfect food.

And the biggest thing by week #2 I think we have to stop looking at it as a diet and instead make it about lifestyle changes! dont DIET, make lifestyle....
Less like a chore preparing food for your diet and that helped me stick to it.
