Is it based in the highest bid during the sheriff sale? The highest bid was made by the bank during the sheriff sale for $ 124k+++ which probably constitutes of our loan balance plus the fees.

We have been renting this home for 3 years. We pay our rent each month. We found out via mail that our home is going to sheriff sale June 13 2012. I found out that it has been in the courts since Feb 2011. They have had mediation through the courts, etc...

The foreclosure will have no affect on your credit rating and this is not really going to be any different for yourself then if the property goes to sheriff sale as the home following....
