It is not possible to compare 36 MP in a FX format with Medium Format.
It is like comparing 8 MP camera dell phone with a 8 MP DSRL sensor... a very very different thing..

I'll got a Yashica-Mat which I wrote about here back in 2008 , although the body and everything looks in perfect condition the shutter mechanism is dead....
