After much waiting and frustration, the remodel of my kitchen has finally kicked into gear. The cabinets were ordered back in January, delivered in March, and have been sitting in the master bedroom awaiting the day to be installed.
My ex-wife's brother...

The two lights closest to the camera are remodel recessed in the dining room, and I also managed to pick up the matching mirror and wall storage cabinet.
Splurge ($16?) for the 4" damper as well.

Should we remodel our 3/1 in 78704 to make it more appealing to buyers and get a higher sale price? The kitchen has been updated with new appliances but there is only one tiny bathroom that is in the hallway and I think most buyers want a master bathroom...

We chose open dining for our upcoming Med cruise. I am wondering if we can come at any time and wait to be seated or only during the two normal MDR seating times. Does anybody have any experience with this and can share suggestions for us? Thanks!
