Today, I had to restore my iPod to it's factory settings. I connected it to my laptop and it syncs but then immediately disconnects itself. I try to click on "Enable Disk Use" but the iPod disconnects before I can do so.
Can you think of what could be...

Have you tried to reset the iPod? This may help. What model is it and do you know what generation it is?
On the phone connecting, When you get into the vehicle and turn the key on, Uconnect starts looking for the device that it's paired to and will...

Still cannot play music during that brief moment the ipod wakes up.
The reset wakes up the ipod for a few seconds but then it returns to black screen "ok to disconnect".
