I now discs in my early 30s (over 20 yrs....
85% better after surgery.
I was pretty out of shape and didnt get back in shape so I herniated/ruptured L5/S1 2007.
98% better after surgery.
Herniated L3 & L4 1985 and had surgery in 2005.

That a "herniated or bulging disc" is a strict contraindication but did not address "compressed" discsOne thing to ask yourself, is it "their" definition of a herniated disc or an MRI showing a herniated disc....
