It does reassure me that Martin is actively responding to people that they must have actually been missold to "reclaim" (hate that word, it implies something is your right - you don't have a right to bank charges or whatever back) .

I would be interested in this; I assume it is a fresh start? I'm not sure how the role playing elements would affect the team, but it sounds like a good idea, since it used to go pretty silent in between matches .
