Diseases like tularia, a whole lot.
You will just have to tough it out.
A lot of waterborne diseases that cause gastrointestinal of water and electroytes.
That it would be difficult to determine treatment.

Thought of looking at the NIH Undiagnosed Diseases Program ( http://rarediseases.info.nih.gov/Res...aspx/undiagnosed diseases before I got the diagnosis and I have a couple friends who have EDS plus other.
Smallpox seems to me the most high-profile lethal epidemic that was ended in the 20th century thanks to international efforts. Why haven't more diseases been ended in its fashion? Like malaria for instance? Here's one on the difficulty of ending polio...

Also we in eradicating diseases globally....
IMO there's three reasons diseases and not given the $$$ and effort to eradicate them as we would other diseases.
There's several reasons more diseases aren't eradicated a la smallpox.
