Thinking about 'cutting the cord' with one of these as the cost for the cable digital tier in my area just shot thru the roof.
Most worried about the ole' 'when it rains these go out' problem. Wondered if it's still a problem or not?

Went back to Dish in 2009 - 2011 and was....
I had directv for a few years experience with Dish was back in 1999 - 2001, a really cloudy day was enough to lose the signal.
Atleast get the NFL Redzone channel on Dish if its a big deal.

dish or plan to clean your oven often....
You can even use those.
But obviously you'll have recipes that call for a 3 quart dish, buy one and keep your 2.5 qt.
A good share of your recipes will be fine in the smaller casserole dish.

I am thinking about getting DirecTV or Dish Network. How is Dish Network? IS it any better than DirecTV? What about HD picture?

So compare the channel lineups and decide for yourself....
Personally I like Dish a lot more than DirecTV and find the HD PQ to be outstanding on both.
Everyone here will recommend Dish and everyone in the DirecTV forum will recommend DirecTV.
