Just wondering if anyone has gone through the process of trying to get sleep related problems fixed. I'm on night three of no sleep and have to start getting ready for work in an hour.
I've lived off of 1-3 hours of sleep with the occasional week long...

Regardless, Google Health is shutting down.
I was using Google Health for awhile, but it wasn't very comprehensive and lacked many features I thought were essential, or at least beneficial.

I was recently diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. I encouraged my boyfriend to go to his doctor and talk about him possibly having it too. He went, went and got a sleep study done at the lab. Sure enough, results were sleep apnea. We just found out today...

The diagnosis will for sure impact the medical certificate.
National Health and Welfare Fund insuance and ANYTHING related to sleep disorders is NOT a covered.

More good reasons to stay fit, and keep your weight under control. Does your PD have a mandatory fitness test? Are you given any time on the job to exercise or is it strictly on your own time? What % of your PD would you say are over weight and or out...

As it stands now I'm holding my own against health problems only due to the working out but the others immediately slip as a direct....
Ambien used to work for me, then a generic varaiant be a monster .
Then I started the sleep meds-shuffle.
