Just wondering if anyone has gone through the process of trying to get sleep related problems fixed. I'm on night three of no sleep and have to start getting ready for work in an hour.
I've lived off of 1-3 hours of sleep with the occasional week long...

Ambien used to work for me, then a generic varaiant be a monster .
Then I started the sleep meds-shuffle.
Try to flip flop sleeping normally during my off days and 6 hour stints on my work days.

I find it hard to adjust to this 24/7 time scheme we have on this planet.
I can stay up for 3 days straight with no problem, and then sleep for 9 hours and I'll be fine for another 3 days.
I usually sleep everyday out of boredom.

Not 100% functional but 80%+....
I find myself not wanting.
Sometimes I can stay awake for 24 hour not get sleep easily..But I don't have any problem with my health.
Schedule for sleeping, sometimes I sleep 4 or 5 hours a day.
