They don't heat the water fast enough and dont' provide a constant supply at a constant of getting a tankless water heater.

I know a few people here have built outbuildings for cinema/den use. I've got one under construction at the moment at the very end of my garden.

If it is not too far away from existing house hot water raditators....
And help prevent damp with good airflow.
Energy or convector heater.
Not usually a DIY repair, especially if it's a refrigerant circuit problem (leak for example).
