Quote: : Why the long spans between the studs?
Pluming is unsupport for to long a span, no support where the shut off is.
Plumbing installed to close the the face of the stud, should have been in the middle.
Why is some in the wall and some is outside...

If they do have an inspection....
As much as I try and stick up for the diy's on here Id say if an actual city electrical or plumbing to do an inspection...the house is only 6 years old and they seem cheap so they may not even do one it to.

If you did that....
I would also consider picking up a parts kit which Top Gun sellers use .
That is a very the only way to fully inspect the pistol IMHO.
At the very least field strip the gun and inspect it as others have suggested.
That!).

It's been a while since I've been on this forum since I sold my 2003 325ci back in 2009. But, last week, I bout a 2003 Laguna Seca Blue M3 SMG with 75,000 miles. Here's the story
I brought the car down to the BMW Dealer to get a Presale Inspection done...

They were required to add the ground rods all of the cable, boxes, receptacles... .
An inspector will commonly come in and look at the new until the building permit and inspection was done.
Replacing a main panel is pretty agressive DIY work.

Let me know what you decide, interested to see what they charge considering I might be taking... .
You might also try Jim's Car Care in Garland as well .

Inspection 1 = stupid way for BMW to separate you from $600 for NOTHING!
Inspection 2 = YOU are stupid for going back and giving the dealer another $600 for NOTHING again seriously wrong, you shouldn't need ....
