I am lining up reading, it says 'light knock' can be normal, but since it wasn't there before, I would like to get addressing the knocking....

Doesn't seem to happen when I go over bigger bumps, just a general knocking when on a little rough road, maybe drop link?...

Mines a bit more of a rumble knocking if that makes sense? Don't notice on long drives changed droplinks on the wifes....
A "knocking sound", Could be a DIY if your handy OEM replacements are only £10.

Can only assume they have spent to complete the job and NO MORE KNOCKING!....
knocking was dropped off last night, no cost at all, and no knocking noise.
Droplink just fell apart at the joints, which is common and then they seize up .

It doesn't feel any different to drive than normal, will see on the tyres first of all, what kind of knocking noise are you hearing, form your lexus thats new.
Rubber smell is not related to the knocking.
