So, I'd just stick to WinDbg.

Run imp help=y or impdp.
Keep in mind a .dmp file could mean it was exported using exp or expdp.

Microsoft documentation on Visual Studio states, that in order to open dump file, you need to do "File -> Open -> Project" routine.
However, for some reason, in my case VS 2008 does not see dump files - there is no Dump files (.dmp; .mdmp) option...

Are you able to load it using the 64bit NTSD tool ? Command line is:
c:\> ntsd /z dumpfile.dmp
If you're not able to load it that way, its probably corrupt in some way .

You can connect to the oracle server with the migration toolkit and it will automatically... .
If you can get the mysql server and the oracle server on the same network, you might want to look at the mysql administrator tools , which includes the migration toolkit .

There must be a way to buy a car while on a DMP though.
Who's your DMP provider? They may allow you to skip a couple of the payments and buy a car that the car allowance will end up being swallowed up into the DMP payments.

If you have decided to go down the DMP route, only pay a token of one pound up an emergency fund for your DMP.....
CCCS usually supply you with a letter to send to your creditors telling them you are on a DMP and giving them your ref.
