That won't be possible I am afraid - so you might be better off considering bankruptcy if you only have two years clear earning potential into the future. What a shame an IVA was not suggested to you in the first place. Was there any particular reason for you choosing a DMP over an IVA? source

DMP companies do not need money to get balls rolling, so the fact that you cannot start making payments until September should not be an issue. Why not tell both companies that you cannot make your first payment tunitl the end of September and see which one is provided to move now. source

If it will give you peace of mind, then go for it. I think a lot of IP's are quite happy for their clients to take out this sort of insurance. source
