Dell laptops have something called Dell Control Point, which is mostly a useless hassle, but does have a few redeeming qualities .

Cons all free leases....
On a layer 2 connection and the regular network switching/routing/dns-dhcp does the rest.

Try setting your wireless connection to a static, public DNS setting your wireless connection to a static, public DNS server like 4.2.2.2 or 8.8.8.8 and if that helps server like 4.2.....

En tout cas, si je trouve une, j'utilise le réseau SFR Wifi Public, qui doit fonctionner avec le même principe.
