I was wondering if any of you have any experiences with keeping ferrets and a big dog together. My doberman puppy is about 8 months now, he used to have a puppy mate but ever since my room mate and her dog moved out he's been really lonely and clinging...

Yes, doberman's love the taste of ferrets Why not try finding out about this now at a young age.
It would be ideal if your doberman being able to devote to it.
Dogs do far better than cats with other small animals and birds .

He has a problem, the vet is researching and we have an apt next week for a consultation. Right now just seeing the video the vet thinks it is neurological.

Almost forgot to say - Sorry for your loss! I guess I thought it was implied .
What a great dog! I got much more from that dog than I gave to him .
I lost my 8 year old Golden in a similar way a couple years ago .
