You're in a very grey area here. As long as you don't die or suffer a stroke, of have a suicidal episode then the doctor can claim that by his medical opinion you were in no danger. If any of the above happened...then the doctor's judgement would be called...

On my job they are telling us it is okay to work 24 patients to one Cna , somehow I think this is very unfair to both patients and the night Cna's...by the way I am on the night shift. By the end of my shift I am really exhausted and have to take 2 tylenols...

I had a total hysterectomy....
I'm still crying was over.
She died 2-1/2 yrs later.
We lived together and I took care of her.
She had radiation and chemo -- the doctor said it was too late for surgery.
Mom was diagnosed with ovarian cancer.

I also set the tone for this by saying at the beginning "We that needs a surgery to fix.") and that usually gets them going.
