I got some weirdo problems going on. I don't have a doctor in the area so I've kind of waited this out to see what happens. Here's what I got going on...
As a back story, I've been taking 1 to 2 aspirin (375mg) probably 6 times a week because I get veroceles...

Why do some doctors give chemo before surgery for breast cancer to shrink the tumor? Why don't the doctors start with doing a surgery to take out the tumor and then do chemo after that as I feel it will be a more effective treatment?

The reason for this is that you then only have to... .
Depending on the case in question, it may well be more effective to shrink the tumour first, then cut it out .
Even if you "feel" it would be a more effective treatment, the simple fact is that it isn't .

If you are only out for a day most don't require a doctors is that I told him I would get a note.
I would say it depends on your company.
