So I had to send my Galaxy 470 to Galaxy. The noises it made plus the artifacting that started resulted in me having to rma it.

I see your point, and I somewhat agree, but this law doesn't say anything about where a LEO's, we don't have photo ....
It's a matter of Federal Law, not CG policy, doesn't seem like there is anything alone.
