When I set the rules for all trusted applications "Prompt for action" for all three networks (public, local and trusted), it will never prompt me. What I am doing wrong?

For my birthday I got a Trust canvas widescreen tablet so I can draw on the laptop (windows 7). But I can't get it to work on the computer!
I installed the macrokey on the computer just as the manual says and I installed artweaver. But I can use the mouse...

What does the manufacturer's support staff have to say about it? I have to admit to this being the first time I've ever even heard of this product, and if I were to hazard a guess, I would say I'm far from alone here .
