How much sleep do you get usually? On school days I get anywhere from 5 to 7 hours of sleep... I hate waking up so early. I'm definitely a night owl (I go to bed anywhere between 11:30 PM to 1 am) yet I still have to wake up at 6:30 am for school....eegghhh...

Every time I donate blood, I do get lightheaded and they probably won't want you to go even lower.
What meds are you on? I would think if your bg is that low they may not let you donate blood.
