Recently I've been thinking back to Donkey Kong 64 for the Nintendo 64, and I remember it being a really really fun game. As far as I know, it's never been released on Nintendo's Virtual Console.

Well this one certainly deserves it's own thread as well. This was an exciting announcement for me especially as it wasn't long ago I was playing the old one on Virtual Console.
