Lost my primary key and my 4 year old lost my spare. What are my options for getting a new key cut. I'm not locked out. Can Toyota do it off the VIN or do I have to call a locksmith.

I kid.
We took the tumblers from the door to a old-school locksmith and he manually cut the keyYou're SOL - now you have to sell me the truck for $500 ...
Not have keys.

Help. New to PH and new to TVR ownership. Just bought a 4.3 and it has some issues. Does anyone know how to get replacement keys to lock/unlock the doors. My lock is on the rear wing but the ignition key does not fit either door it was probably lost sometime...

If you still have them, take them to a locksmith and have them pinned to your ign .
At least all the bumps I've owned had the same key it.
Old trucks used same key for door/ignition.

As embarrassing as this is it appears I have lost my only damn set of car keys.
I already have a re-placement set ordered that should be here in the morning BUT the dealer is telling me I need have the car towed to the dealership or they wont be able ...

My only set of keys for my 85 cabriolet have vanished. Long story but I have no spares. So, I can get in to the car and i tried to pull out the ignition tumbler but clearly you need the key for that to happen.

Consist of an ignition key and a door key - plus three extra sets, just for fun If you have your original or trunk use the same key? You dont need the key to remove those.
