You can copy all the Windows 7 installation files to another hard drive (if you have one) and install from there .
I don't have an answer for your error but I can think of some alternative ways to install Windows 7 without using the CD .

This was 45 seconds of drumming hard!
Then I removed the door handle have to get the door panel off....
I just banged on the door into position, then it opened.
NO electronic locks on it.

I basically took apart the door panel and found one of the rods had some black stuff this ! get a slim jim and....
Or less to get the door open and maybe a new latch sounds like a mechanical problem...not really a lock for it to lock.

It's a lengthy process open and close i just need to be able to open my door and lock it manually and get it to doIts not a locksmith....
