Hungarian notation....
This is confusing, because although both numbers are integers, everybody knows, you can't compare apples with pears.
Not releavent; if you need to add this because people don't follow your coding standard then why.

You don't need to get it 100% perfect first time.
There are many people with better experience than me to help you with specifics here, but I have one point I think is always worth bearing in mind.

Is there any widely used SQL coding standard out there? SQL is little bit different from C/C++ type of programming languages. Really don't know how to best format it for readability.

It's been suggested to me that I resign, as the company where I work is insisting that I code various functionality to work in a particular way which is only supported by Internet Explorer.
I believe I'm doing the right thing by complying with the policy...

The same goes for most MMO's reasoning, hope they stay single player... .
At least in SWTOR you can have your companion about until your group fills up.
It's like leaving your dog at home that you raised.
I really hope that is not the case...
