Windows x64 can only handle 64 bit software (drivers, etc) at the kernel level.
For a 64-bit OS, you need 64-bit drivers.

I would say download them via windows update on one pc, copy them from the windows directory and then put them on a share and push out using a script.

Your best bet would be to download the drivers from the printer manufacturer website.

It means you don't need drivers...well, you need them but Windows, it usually means you will not be able to use all the functions and full resolution of your printer printers require ....
