Is there a way to download huge and still growing file using partial-download feature ? It seems that code like this

Does anyone have the download link(s) for the initial 15GB download the game client makes before you can play? I would like to download it offline and install it with PS3-Proxy.

If you're using an older version, right (Internet Download Manager) when you click on the not direct download link it will redirect the link article I came across....
It, and right click the download and hit "Copy download link".

I don't know an application that does all that.
I don't think you will find an existing Open Source product that fits 100% of your "Must Have" .
