Recently had plumbing work done and he redid the plumbing behind my bathroom vanity...im getting a serious draft coming from this hole, the wall is tiled, so any ideas of a quick fix to stop this draft!? Attached is a picture...

First I would go under the house in that area and seal up the holes through the bottom plates with high expanding foam, then about all you can do now is stuff fiberglass insulation in that hole .
Looks like he used an M80 to make that hole .
