One question :
What is the "window" of this draft? What I mean is, are we doing this draft with a short term or long term mentality, or preferrably both? IMO that is the real challenge.

This is a yearly tradition in the offseason to pass the time. Since nobody else stepped up I figured I'd run it again this year.

Anyone wanna do a forum mock draft? Last years was kind of rough, but I'm up for ideas on how to speed it up without having one person make all the picks.
One thought is to try and consolidate teams together with multiple posters forming a draft team....

Today I asked on the AOO mailing lists about adding a link to the forums on the incubator page. I got this answer from Rob Weir:
