My 25 years exp with a sanitary....
I too had used Draino for years; Never again...
It's probably one and the pieces stopped up the drain pipe for a long
distance .
I've had good results with Liquid-Plumr power gel.
The culprit is usually hair.

How do family members always manage to do these things but when asked
about it nobody will ever admit to knowing any thing? I usually get
answers like "it did it by itself" .

In the event that liquid plumber, bleach in the pipes is going to knock you out....
Or, I should say, it should be able to take care of ALL clogs that would be fixed by liquid plumber, 2 gallons of bleach, or whatever other chemical you use.

No Habla Espanol....
Good luck.
Gallon of Clorox is way cheaper than a small bottle of liquid plumber in many ways.
Active ingrediant is Sodium Hypochlorite....aka bleach.
You want to use Draino or liquid plumber, take a peek at the label.
