Hi all! I am new to this site, and have tried searching for any posts on this subject, but not coming up with anything.
What I am wondering is, does anyone else here have many non-rem dreams? As far as lucid dreams, at this point I do not want to know...

We all know the cliche "pinch me, I must be dreaming!" But in a good percentage of my dreams (I've never kept a log but I'd estimate somewhere between 5-10%), I wonder to myself if I am dreaming. I almost always come to the conclusion that I am not dreaming...

I have owned and used two dream masks....
Never works for me.
Sure that I am not alone with having a "bad" dream, waking-up, then trying to go back to sleep and into that dream to change it.

Control your dream from start to finish, first step is trying to realize you are dreaming while dreaming that you're dreaming right when you get in the dream.

Some people are able to invoke a lucid dreamstate, within which they can practise real-life activities within the dream environment. It occurs to me that we could try painting during lucid dreaming. Has anyone tried this?
