Drilling out edelbrock 1410 Just received new1410 carbs. I know through this forum that they need to be drilled out but not sure of the depth. thanks

Drill IN from the front with a 5/16 " bit until the two holes meet carb since the doofusses at Edlebrock won....
Re: drilling out edelbrock 1410 You want to drill UP from the bottom with an 1/8 " bit to the centerline of the other hole.

If that is not financially feasible, than they don't really need that oil/gas all that bad at this time .
Me 2 but its the economy it is totally possible to drill and produce oil with very little impact to the surrounding environment.
