Starting to see more and more courses choose not to put out drinking water. Had more then one use the excuse of the health department reasons. Its 2012 and there is no way to saftley put out drinking water. Its not like they are charging .25 for a bottled...

Hello All, I was wondering if anyone has ever drank lourdes water before. It says in the box it came in that it is drinkable as it leaves France but it could have been tampered with in the post office.

Interfere with proper digestion and absorption of your food...? Saw a video where this guy was saying that drinking too much water dilutes your digestive enzymes the body secretes and doesn't allow for proper breakdown which in turn inhibits absorption...

Try and only drink around (slightly before, after) or with food, I drink slower and have less overall.
