As a Brit, as a kid I was told to not drink the water in Spain, and this is partly fear is supposed to be drinking water - it might well be just fine for general usage, but not for drinking to drink, or uncooked....

You can refill or drink water at the restaurants and bars though.
Use the bottled water provided .

Locally bottled water from....
We always buy bottled water to drink, but for tea/coffee making tap water is fine.
The water is safe to drink but if you are that concerned, buy bottled water.

Does the Bahia Principe Tulum have a filtration system for it's water? I will be there March 19 - 26th, and have not seen any comments as to whether it is safe to drink the water at this resort. The resort we were originally booked into had it's own filtration...

No one ....
All of the water in the restaurants/bars is safe to brush our teeth.
We used the bottled waterWe were there as a group of 4 in late January .
The only water we didn't drink was out of the tap in our rooms.

Usually they have hopes of doing it abdominally so they have you drink the water.
