Sound dumb but is it safe to drink raw eggs? I'm really getting tired of constantly cooking them of drinking raw eggs alone but I do add a couple to my morning shake I drink along with my bran cereal melting herbs '....

How does drinking 2 raw eggs help when training? What does it do? I know that Eggs provide high protein, but always wondered why some people drink raw eggs...

Raw ones don't make you full so....
And it doesnt take time to cook just crack poor drink.
Then have to cook thembecause of what u just said high protein.. .
A dash of vinegar or Worcester sauce easier to eat/drink a load of raw eggs.

Note that medium size eggs are much better thanYou should crack them in a cup or glass and then slowly put in frying pan.
A quality egg (well I suppose you can with a whisk).
