I don't really follow food 'fashion' but am well aware that it exists.
My Mum and I have been teased for having a prawn cocktail every year for a starter at Xmas. I don't think its that bad really haha

What foods do you know of that are only available in a certain area?
I'm from Kent and one of the best desserts ever is gypsy tart. I've never seen it available anywhere else though.
The same goes for liver sausage. It's seems to be unheard of outside...

Well theres the good old traditional Pizza and Mountain Dew! chinese food! Croatian Food! x whith coka cola xD!! This one is easy: Coca Cola for drink and Twik or mars for a quick snack.
