Hi, I am a 30 year old female who has been drinking for over 10 years. Actually it has gotten bad the past 2 years. I started to feel a lower back pain recently. It usually hurts more when I drink. It still hurts more if I drink only a couple of drinks...

These drinks scare me, a young friend of ours died of a heart attack at 21 and he used to drink these 2 or 3 times a day.

I don't drink regular milk by the glass or rice milk by the glass.
I can drink milk but I've tried non-dairy milks from time to time, and the only ones I liked were and to bake with.

Anyone know of any states with a minimum drinking age that is under 21? Maybe a state that allows minors to drink in the presence of parents?

Is there really a difference between Pre-work out drinks and post workout/Recovery drinks? The only thing I know to look for is a 4:1 carb/protein ratio? I can get a Pre-workout drink locally (Vega Sport) but for a post workout...I'd have to order on ...

Though I think they lowered it from 21 at some point, so maybe they would lower it further to get that is illegal.
