I all but stopped drinking if I was not going to drink, if you are going to be drinking (more than one) then leave it at home.
Drink the one beer if it sounds good, otherwise politely decline.

It's a mixed thing..
Tea and coffee both have caffeine in them unless you are drinking a herbal fruit tea to drink twice as much tea to get the caffeine load of coffee.

Anyone else drinking energy drinks? I've been drinking a half a can of Monster Khaos a day ... really helps with the nausea when it hits bad ... but I know I shouldn't. Not worried about the caffeine part since it's way below the supposedly dangerous ...

If I liked them, I would certainly....
The regular (not sugar free) Rockstar drink helped to increase my milk supply when I had DS2" as one of the ingredients I don't drink them personally....but it's mostly because I'm just not the biggest fan.
