The version of the driver bundled with Vista is from NVidia, however is normal a release or 2 supplied by the Manufacturer.

There are differences between W7 and vista for the media centre. It should work. It should work perfectly. Windows 7 uses the same codebase as Vista and shares the same drivers.

IIRC that machine shipped with Vista Home Premium 32-bit (plus loads of other media stuff too).
