I'd like to take the windows 7 RC and run it as a media center PC to record TV. Assuming my TV tuner has vista drivers will this work?

I have an old HP parallel port printer that is not supported by Vista. No drivers I've found online work with it.
As a last ditch effort, I was hoping to find some generic postscript drivers for Vista x64 in the hopes that the printer will accept those...

The MS Publisher Imagesetter driver? It's included with Windows Vista under the Generic categoryI normally use the Apple Postscript Printer driver.

Those are unlikely to bluescreen, and something in your laptop is probably broken .
Did you install any nVidia drivers after reinstalling Vista?
If not, you're running the default Vista drivers.

Is there a way to prevent Vista from auto installing drivers on boot? I'm trying to remove all drivers so I can replace the motherboard without having to reinstall windows.
