Those are unlikely to bluescreen, and something in your laptop is probably broken .
Did you install any nVidia drivers after reinstalling Vista?
If not, you're running the default Vista drivers.

Although it's skirting around the issue, you can disable the requirement for driver signing by passing an option to the windows kernel from the bootloader.
