Our motor pool wants to scan drivers’ licenses and have the data imported into our custom system. We're looking for something that will allow us to programmatically get the data from the scanner (including the picture) and let us insert it into our application...

As I remember most of the Driver licenses just have the data in plain text appears on the track that what is documented for an AAMVA format driver's license), we assume the user must have....

Yes! I just got my G2 drivers license. For all of the non-Canucks that means that I can now drive on the road by myself (except from midnight to 5am).
Now all I need is a car. Ah, the joy of being 16 and free!

Bopop4 Yes! I just got my G2 drivers license.
In Canada at 16 (but with full license driver in front seat), and if you do drivers training you can get their non Racer Boy cars can be a blast.

Has anybody ever had any negative reactions with your CCW endorsment on your Drivers License as opposed to a Non-Driver ID.
For example at Wal-mart buying bullets or adult beverages?
I'm thinking that having the endorsment you could get hassled in a place...

drivers license or on a non-driver ID which is exactly like your DL but has NON-DRIVER written across endorsment on your Drivers License as opposed to a Non-Driver ID.

Who's true weight is on their drivers license? I just realized today that mine is no longer telling a tall tale :) It has 220 listed on it, I renew it in March....wondering what I'll be able to put on it :)

I am so lucky to have not been pulled over for anything, because my license expired on my bday back in December and I forgot to get it renewed! I discovered this last night while shredding old mail (yeah, it was a massive pile).

IMHO it's a privacy issue.
If you aren't carrying, such as a driver's license, to get a FOID card, however.
Are carrying you must have both your drivers license and CCW card on you.
